Carlos Domínguez Luis
Carlos Domínguez is a distinguished legal expert with a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s in Leadership in Public Management from IESE Business School. He began his career in 1995 when he joined the State Attorney’s Office, holding key positions at various institutions.
In 2005, he was appointed by the General Council of the Judiciary as Chief Counsel of the Appeals Section, where he was responsible for ensuring the legality of decisions made by judicial bodies. He further advanced his career, becoming the Secretary General of the Competition Tribunal in 2009, and later served as Attorney General for the Community of Madrid from 2010 to 2015, overseeing and coordinating all legal services for the regional administration.
Additionally, he is a Corresponding Academician of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation
